This morning teaching that I need ignore time, and think more inclusively— it’s your story, but not just you.

One Response to “thought”

Today, I finished a class my girlfriend and I decided to take over a month ago. It is known as the Quantum Leap. It was a very powerful class discussing what matters most to you. When the instructor asked me what matters most to me, the first thing that came to mind was my family. Without my mother and father I would have no story. Because of them I have been given time. With my genetics and knowledge I could live for another 80 years. To some 80 years might seem like forever. For me 80 years is faster than the blink of an eye. In this universe I want to leave a legacy. I want people to remember what I did for this planet, not who I am and I want them to see the reason, the bigger picture for what I am doing. Billions of people are writing their stories every second. My story is bigger than myself and it really has nothing to do with me. My story, my mission is to slow down global warming for a more sustainable planet by cleaning up just one piece of trash every day. That is my promise to my family, my friends, my community, and my world that I share with billions of other people. Just imagine what planet Earth would look like if everyone refilled their plastic bottles just Once with water or what it would look like if everyone just picked up One piece of trash up off the ground and put it into a trash can every day. That is a world I want to live in.
